Trying to explore characters more - inspired by a Meg Oolders story about high school girls and thought I should try writing on a wide variety of subjects. Had my fingers crossed on this one; I enjoyed writing it but Mrs F was warning me off about staying on the right side of the 'nudge/nudge, wink/wink' line. I hope I have.

The details are way more interesting if they are imagined not spoken, I think, Debs. Inferred but not explained. Readers are smart enough to add their imaginings and interpretations. Trying to be subtle, implied
