Sounds like you've been asking many questions of your writer self these last few months, Barrie. I'm sure it can only make you a better writer, whatever final form the novel and the writing that fills it takes. Just Write, Right might be turning into Just Edit, Innit?
I quite like that I’m more reflective about writing these days. It feels more substantial, more a part of life, without ever taking it too seriously. But next week it is all about ‘just writing, right’. The editing is a pleasure to be saved for another day!

You need to pop a pin in that butterfly to stop it fluttering too soon! When is the date that the competition will announce. Schedule your post for that day/day after. You’ve then committed and shared it (just that no-one will be able to read it until then!) x
